I like that they are very responsive, and they hire high quality caregivers. They have made my experience positive by being very good with my father when they come and help him out. He has responded very well to his caregiver, which I appreciate.

Beth is very loyal and comes regularly. She is dependable, she is able to cook things that I enjoy, and she enjoys being outdoors and watering the flowers. Unfortunately, Beth wears a mask which she should do, but she doesn't recognize that she needs to face me directly when she speaks or else I can't hear her. It is not outstanding, but it is definitely good. She used to come with a car and now I am not driving, so I really need her help getting places, but I don't know if that is something that they agency can control.

I would recommend them. The plan of care visit wasn't really detailed. We really like the caregiver. It has been positive. The companionship is most helpful.

They are flexible and easy to deal with. The people have been great, and they take care of things as they see fit. They don't call you all the time with everything that goes wrong. Sometimes your family can't provide that kind of care, so having someone with the knowledge and ability to do it there is very helpful.
