They aren't able to help me all of the hours that I need them. They could hire more caregivers that can work more flexible services. If we need two hours in the morning, they should be able to do two more hours later in the day. They are not experienced and don't seem trained.

I like that the staff, everyone has come in are very patient. They all have the same routine even though it's not the same staff. They all ask her the same questions. It has helped me be able to work more hours. It has given some sort of balance.
