I'm concerned about the helpers. Some of them do not have enough training or experience. Some of them don't know how to clean or assist. Most of them worked it out. One of the ladies did not know what a Swiffer was. Another had never seen a mop. Some of them do not want to use soap and water to clean. I don't have to worry about my meals, driving, or finding someone to clean. That's really helpful.

I would like to see improvement as far as treatment care, basic care. The only part of the services I was there for was therapy, they were really professional, they worked hard.

- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients for at least six consecutive months.
