I like that the agency does not send a bunch of people in and out of your home. They send the same person that they assign to you from the beginning. The person that is coming has helped by doing my laundry, taking care of my bath.

I'm concerned about the helpers. Some of them do not have enough training or experience. Some of them don't know how to clean or assist. Most of them worked it out. One of the ladies did not know what a Swiffer was. Another had never seen a mop. Some of them do not want to use soap and water to clean. I don't have to worry about my meals, driving, or finding someone to clean. That's really helpful.
