I like that they are easy to communicate with, their people are very professional and if I have a problem, they are quick to fix it. I am blind and disabled, and Janet does a good job doing house chores and driving me to dialysis.

I would recommend them because we found one person within the group that we like, so we stay with her. They could make our lives easier by providing reports on the people that come, as far as financial. I don't get a financial report to show the cost every month.

I would like to see the agency have higher quality caregivers in order to recommend them more. The agency seems to want to help out, but I have good and bad people that come to my home. I had higher expectations when I first started, and now I have no expectations. Right now, it feels like they are just babysitting, but maybe that's all I need.

I would like them to improve on their communication. Nothing really gets done unless I make a list, or I suggest what needs to be done. They know what they should be doing, but they don't attempt to do too much more unless you request it. They don't do anything extra, and they don't communicate anything to me or ask me if I need them to do anything else.

I liked that the caregiver that they sent was very reliable. My husband really liked her. The VA assigned them to us, and I don't think that they could have done anything else to make a difference.
