I like how Home Helpers calls me and informs me. Since I have had a new young lady here with mom, she helps me. She is more hands on and helps give my mom a bath.

  • Gary R

I like each person has their talented coach, and they come in and ask if we need help, they all have talent and they're all different. The girl came, and I didn't say a peep, and she said ill make your bed. They know what they can offer and do.

  • Anonymous

I think they need to improve their communication a lot. They could stop switching caregivers around.

  • Faye G

The agency could improve the scheduling and the communication in regard to availability. The caregivers help with getting her back and forth from doctor's appointments and grooming her hair.

  • Chan S

I like that they come to work on time. I can't think of anything they could do to make his life easier. They just sit there, and they keep him company.

  • John H

They were flexible to any changes we had. It was nice not having to go over there, knowing he was being cared for.

  • Anonymous

People need to show up a little bit more, or they needed more staffing so they wouldn't cancel on the day of when you were expecting someone to be there. People needed to show up more.

  • Tony C

They listened when we had a problem with our first caretaker. They listened to both sides and they corrected the problem. It takes a lot of pressure off me with the caretakers. For Beryl, the adjustments have not been good. She is having a hard time with someone else coming in.

  • James T

Melissa takes care of me and seems to care about me. She gets my medicine and that's helpful. The care that I can get from you is as good as it can get.

  • Anonymous

I had a couple of women who were really, really helpful, and a couple who weren't so much. I had two who were very attentive, and they would do things for me that I didn't even know I needed. I needed someone to go with me to the doctor's appointments.

  • Richard R

I'd recommend them because they do what I want. They've helped me the most with showering.

  • Jackie K

I have been going through different caregivers. No one has been consistent with her. They can have a greater impact by being more involved with her. They can volunteer more and do some things rather than just being there.

  • Anonymous

I was not very satisfied with the person that they sent. It was a man, and he was not very motivated. He was a very nice gentleman, but he just wasn't motivated to go on his own and do things. I had to tell him everything to do. He was just not very motivated to do anything. I had to tell him everything to do. I thought they would send somebody that could be on their own and do things on their own, but they didn't. The caregiver could have been more motivated to do things on their own.

  • Tony E

I haven't had any problems out of them at all. I have no problems with them, they watch my mom to keep her from falling. It helps me a lot, it gives me a break to go to my doctor and do the things I need to do.

  • Joseph K

I like that generally when I ask for assistance, the shifts are very still. The majority of the caregivers have been very good. Sending out caregivers or trying to when asked is great.

  • Marilyn J

They know what they are doing, and I have had several conversations with them and haven't had any problems with them. They have provided a male to take my husband to the Y for his exercise.

  • Frank G

I like that they are dependable and have integrity. The ones that I don't know that well cant serve me as well compared to the ones that do. When they know me they can serve me well.

  • Tanya S

I like that she was just really helpful and one thing I didn't like was if she called in there was not someone always available. They were very helpful.

  • Ramona B

My favorite thing about them is they're easy to work with and they've been great at finding someone to help my mom. The caregivers make sure she takes her medicine and fix her bath.

  • Anonymous

They need to improve their consistency with the days. Sometimes, they have an extra person to go over. They need to add more days.

  • Chrissy W

I like the communication between the home health aide and myself. The caregiver is a conversation partner.

  • Joseph M

I really like the person that they sent us. She turned out to be perfect for my husband. He doesn't like to socialize much, and she understands that. She gives him his privacy. She is right there for him. He is so sold on him that the other day, I needed to run an errand, and he said no and said that Don is the only one. It has been a big improvement. I could leave the house before. She is there now and I can run errands. Knowing that someone is watching out for him, makes me feel good and relaxed.

  • Richard R

The services are great and reliable. Nothing out of the ordinary the fact she is here makes my day positive.

  • Ann H

  • Freda W

They did what they were supposed to do and went on their way. They worked very efficiently when they were here.

  • Karen G

There have been a few caregivers that were not a match, they reassessed and sent new ones out. My mother is resistant to help.

  • Alica D

They keep us updated and easy to work with. The caregiver they send is the same one and is very nice, and my mom seems very satisfied.

  • Larry F

They've been helpful, doing what I ask and expect. They've also been good about rescheduling if I won't be here. It helped me quite a bit; they've got good communication skills, and we work together.

  • Karen W

  • Sylvia P

The agency is good with their patients. The agency has a hard time keeping the same aide. I have to train every new aide. It would help to have the same aide.

  • Karen J

I like their clear communication which is important because my dad has dementia. Shelly is good about scheduling the same caregiver so I don't have to re-train them. That's my only break all week.

  • Kenneth E

  • Kristina G

They are very attentive, and they take care of any issues and changes that come up. They are able to take care of Bob, and help him be active.

  • Tommie T

The people who have come out have been very professional and caring. I need someone occasionally to help at night because they are both wanderers. They both have dementia.

  • Sallie C

I like everything. They come in and take care of my husband well. Every way they help me, cook, shower, clean, walk, exercise, and wash clothes.

  • Karen W

  • Frank G

We got one of the best caregivers that we could ever have. The caregiver takes care of all of her care needs and do much more than that. They know her personality and knows how to meet her needs.

  • Linda M

For the past few days, I've told many people they need home health care because they are helpful. The other day I needed to make banana pudding and the caregiver went to the store for me because I don't drive, and she made sure I had what I needed from the store.

  • Gary A

The communication between the patient and office could be improved. They make life easier because I'm in a wheelchair. The cleaning, taking food out, and preparing food are things that I need done and cant do myself.

  • Karen G

We've had no issues whatsoever. My mother would call me multiple times a day while I was working but now I can focus on work and not worry if she falls.
