    Everyone we have had, they come in, they seem happy to be here, they treat my mother well. They will do some cleaning that I didn't ask them to do. My mother seems to like them. I can go to work and not worry that my mother is not being taken care of.

    I like this agency because, the caregivers, we currently have. Shannon woods stole from us, and we would have liked to see more come of this because she is now just working for another caregiving agency. The agency could have done more to protect the other clients out there for that. That is the only thing I have has a problem with. Sandy, Kathy, Tina, Barb, Lele have all been very professional. This agency has allowed us to continue our business because of the help they provide. That has made the experience positive.

    I would tell them that the visiting helpers are friendly and nice. There are too many of them at the moment; we don't have a specific one yet, and I was thinking we would have one that would come the days that we need them. Phil does a lot of sleeping, so there is plenty of time for them to do other things, and I guess it's up to me. Because I don't think they do anything really on their own, I have to suggest what they do. I am getting use to it. It's very weird for me.

    I would want them to improve on the scheduling. I think they are having a hard time finding people to fill in. I think they do a good job for what they have to do, but it is hard for them when they do not know where they are going or when.

    I told someone to use them the other day. They were friendly when we arranged everything and had everything we need. They help with meals and cleaning.

    I would like more consistent knowledge from each caretaker. Either the prior caretaker needs to communicate with the one or they need more training so we do not have to repeat things. I would again just say training of the caregivers, one time they were supposed to lock the door, and they did not listen.

    I have a puzzle set up and I have one caregiver who loves puzzles and spends most of her time there. I love puzzles too, but I think there are other things we could be doing. Everyone has been really nice. I have been able to get more things done with their help. It keeps me from being alone all day, which is helpful. Nobody is awful. They have been taking me to doctor appointments, and that is helpful because my daughter works.

    The agency could hire quality caregivers, better communication from Home helpers, and better backup when a primary caretaker isn't available. If you could improve on some of your basic services would improve my quality of life. The thing that gives some the most headache is when the caregiver doesn't show up with notice.

    We have had some issues with billing. They need more transparent. We don't get to see the caregivers time slips and forms they fill out when they get paid. Sometimes caregivers don't show up. Some caregivers don't interact a lot with her, but some take good care of her. If they change a shift, they do always reach out to let us know.

    I like that the agency calls me immediately if Mary isn't responsive, and they always offer me feedback about her since I am not in the same location. Having the services is good; she is not complaining. She will let you know if things are not going well.
