    The people that they send into the house don't have a lot of initiative, and we constantly have to tell them what to do for the day. I think that they could do a better job of taking care of her needs, reporting back to me since I am her power of attorney and I need a weekly assessment from them.

    I like that they have great customer service. They have really helped us by giving us peace of mind.

    I think they need to match the client with the people coming in. Some of the caregivers can barely speak English and that's not good. For example, if they have a person for Ghana working for them and she comes in, it's just not compatible with the client. There's not a lot of initiative in terms of house cleaning. We always have to be asking for the caregivers to do something versus them doing it on their own.
