I liked that they were very personable and one of the people who came to set up the services was very friendly and the whole process was good. It just turned out this particular home helper was good at vacuuming and friendly but the insect problem was too much for her. I liked that she vacuumed and washed my floors.

It is hard to get the same girl these days. They could make sure they keep up the consistency. If not for them, I wouldn't be able to do anything, such as pay the bills, or go to the grocery store. I wouldn't be able to take care of Sandy on my own.

Home Helpers need to have better communication. There are many no-shows and no-calls. I would like to have more consistency with caregivers. When they show up, it is beneficial to have assistance with bathing, dressing, and allowing me a bit of respite.

The only major glitch has been some communication issues. One time someone came at a time we weren't anticipating. One time somebody showed up when we were not notified that they were coming. They aren't doing anything except for keeping Kenneth company. There are only here for a few hours at a time, two days a week.
