I have used them for over a year, they are responsive. They do a good assessment of the patient's needs. They also do periodic assessments. The helpers are fantastic for my Mother. They make sure she gets a shower and clean up the bathroom. They use the washcloths, dry shampoos and other things for her hygiene. Furthermore, they help her with preparation of food. The refrigerator is well stocked so they can help feed her and make sure she has food. They do light housekeeping. They have social pieces such as they talk with her, and they do word finds. Not only that, but they engage with her as well.
