Agency Rating
Christine H
They are polite and do their job. They help read for me since I'm blind.
4.75 / 5Mike &
There is always room for improvement. I like that everybody that works for them was there because they wanted to be and not because that was the only job. I always saw people that wanted to help my dad. We can live our normal life without taking care of Dad every second.
4.75 / 5Ronald "Frank" H
I think they need to screen their people more. I think they have to make a bigger impact.
3.25 / 5Deborah B
They go too fast when they are cleaning around, and I don't feel like they are getting them cleaned enough. They could train the caregivers how to properly clean and not sit and play on their phones.
4 / 5Virginia C
They do a good job and I like the caregiver. There are a lot of things I can't do and they do what I ask.
5 / 5Gladys J
The caregivers are very professional and very caring. The caregivers make her experience positive.
4.5 / 5Shirley B
They are dependable and make sure I have help. The workers do the things I need.
4.75 / 5Leoan A
My provider is amazing, and I love her so much. She has always been a self-started.
5 / 5Anonymous
She is always on time. We like things to be vacuumed and dusted.
5 / 5Ronald "Frank" H
The agency has one girl that doesn't do anything. The services have been positive because I have someone to talk too, and they run errands for me.
4 / 5Karen T
I have had three different care providers, but it seems to be pretty good. They help me grocery shopping and helping put the groceries up. They help with cleaning as well.
4.5 / 5Stephanie R
They are very helpful. They give peace of mind.
5 / 5Michael M
The agency helps give me a break. The provider can interact more with my dad.
2.5 / 5Michael M
I would recommend this agency because they make sure all the shifts are covered. It has been a positive experience because if there are any issues, the caregivers will get in touch with me.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
I like that they are very good communicators. They do daily care for my mom.
4.75 / 5Nancy B
I wish they gave more hours or miles, but they are great. I forget things, but they remind me. The people are nice.
5 / 5Marianne W
I like that I can get to know the person coming into the home. The caregiver is wonderful with my mother and my mother enjoys her company. The nurse monitors what is going on and I appreciate that they let me know how my mother is doing.
4.25 / 5Steve J
They are very easy to work with and communicate with. The caregiver has been very helpful to us.
4.5 / 5Mike &
I would recommend them because they want to be there, and it is something they enjoy doing. It is a positive experience because they take care of him.
4.75 / 5Mary B
I like that they really worked with me as far as my schedule. They helped with make sure she was not being alone. They gave her social support.
5 / 5Christine H
Everything is ok, I would like my scheduling to be more consistent. They do things I cannot do or seem to do.
