All of the care agencies are having problem with turnover. The client has some people that have been with him for a couple years. The client has trouble with getting out of a chair and he needs a walker, and he can't cook meals for himself. So, the caregivers are able to do those things.

I would recommend them because our experience has been very favorable. The provider has helped the most by doing things that are difficult for me to do. She helps with the laundry and if there is something to do she does it when she is here. She will do a little light housekeeping as well as socializing with me.
4.5 / 5Mary L
I would recommend them because I have had three different folks provide care and they all seemed confident, caring, and competent.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
I would recommend them because of the great care and the people behind them. They help by being there and talking to her.

This is the only care that Larry has had. I would like them to improve on having the same caregivers as my stepfather. He cannot care for himself so the service allows my father to live at home and have help with his daily function.
4.25 / 5Dorothy P
I like the quality of help that they give and the support that they give. The provider has helped the most with taking care of my husband. It has been so helpful for me.

My mother looked forward to seeing caregivers and the office was very accessible. They only come one day a week; but they do a lot of her errands and sometime mom will accompany them to get out of the house.

They follow through with what they say they will do. I would like to know a list of things that the caregivers can do. I have a hard time preparing an evening time meal, and the caregiver that comes prepares a meal for us.
4.5 / 5Dan P
I thought they were diligent, compassionate, and accommodating. Nothing could change, her illness was such that nothing could be done to make a change in her.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
I like that they responded faster and made it possible to get things set up. They help me with meals.
4.25 / 5Anonymous
They need to work on the coordination of patient care. It has helped remove some of the expectations on family. It has given my mother an independence that she needs.
4.25 / 5Susan O
The staff are very friendly and the office staff are also helpful. They are always exactly on time, very friendly, and easy to have in the house.
4.5 / 5John O
I recommend them because of the good quality care they give me. The agency has given me a positive experience because they have met my needs.
4.75 / 5Dan P
I like that they have been accommodating with our schedules. They have helped the most with the interaction with someone else besides me.
4.5 / 5Johanne S
I liked that they are very helpful, when I was in the hospital they came and visited me to talk to me. The caregiver takes me shopping, she's very helpful, I can ask her to do anything in the home such as clean, and she's very functional.
4.5 / 5Jean S
I would recommend them because of the training they give the caregivers. There is no question that they help me quite a bit.
