I am not likely to recommend it because I have some concerns. They sent me one good person, and then she wasn't there anymore. I want consistency with my caregiver, and they sent me caregivers that don't speak English well. They're difficult to communicate with. I have also had some caregivers that couldn't understand cursive writing. I had to rewrite my grocery list, and I seem to be getting incompetent caregivers. It's new people all the time.

They can have better scheduling. We don't know if a caregiver is not going to show up until the day off. We also don't have consistency with the caregivers. When they are here, they manage and take care of our son.

They are one of the very best agencies we've ever dealt with. We are very impressed; they are proficient and professional, have excellent communication, and they provide substitutes when a caregiver can't make it. The way they operate is the best that I have seen. The impact is huge. They have a lot of excellent caregivers and if there are any situations they respond quickly and appreciate our feedback. They also try to correct the issue right away. They're here 12 hours a day so it's a big deal to us and it does affect my wife's daily experience.

I would not recommend them to anyone. The caregiver is excellent, but the company is not. My caregiver is wonderful. She smiles all the time, is full of imagination, and comes up with ideas for doing things.
