There isn't anything at this point that I would suggest for improvement. I find it very comfortable, the staff is very helpful and available when I need them. I've been very satisfied. They have had a positive impact on my daily life. They show up on time and they're available for help any time I need them.

I like that the quality of the services is good. I like everything except for the 4 hour block. She doesn't have 4 hours of work and she ends up sitting on her phone while I am paying for it. Other than that it has been great.

I liked the facility and the different therapy opportunities. They gave my mom quality care but they did not communicate with me as well as they could have. I didn't feel they advocated enough to keep the insurance paying. She needed more care and they only gave me two days notice.

We have really good communication, I can ask the nurses or the staff anything and they can call or text me if they need anything. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable about mom being there.

The agency needs to improve the communication with the schedulers. They vary. Since I have several aides, they vary. There are several I have had that are poor and there are several I have had that are outstanding. For the caregivers that are poor, they could have a greater impact if they could have a better attitude and more training.
