I'm still in the process of billing issues. They billed incorrectly. They were supposed to come, and they didn't, but billed for it. My mom did not seem very pleased with some people, she didn't want them to come in. Trying to get the billing cleared up. I've tried to call back several times, and I've still not heard back. The agreement was, if they showed up, but there was no need for care, or she didn't want them to come in, we would not be billed. I know that happened, and we were billed. She didn't really want them to come in sometimes. It was a quick visit. I wanted daily communication, instead of just a bill, to figure out how things were going, what was happening. I wanted three things done, and I don't think they were done. I don't think it was communicated effectively.
