The younger people dont know how to do their job, or don't want to do the job. I have taught one person to do things and then they just acted like I never taught them what to do.

I'd like to be able to make my own schedule more flexible when I need it. My workers have to work on their set work time. If I'm extra sick or something, I'd like to be able to use my hours more on one day and less on another if I need it. They help in every way. My whole quality of life is better because of my help.
