I like that they are very responsive, and I really like the people they have working with my dad. I couldn't do it without them. Just being there consistent every day is very important.

The caregivers, some are excellent and some are not, they need more consistency. They help me to get up and help walk me to the bathroom, that is the best thing they have done for me.

I would like to see the caregiver give my husband a shower she came up with an excuse as to why she couldn't. They need to do continual showers.

I would recommend the agency because they have been responsive. The most helpful is knowing she is cared for and not having to worry.

I had a problem when they signed us up with the information they gave, I think it ended up costing us more than it should have. They kept her there. If they weren't there, she wasn't going to be able to go back to the facility.

After we got past the first week and got her with someone who did what we asked, it went smoothly. It made our lives a lot easier knowing she was being cared for.
