They could improve on having consistent caregivers because we get a lot. It would really help to know who is coming and the more they communicate, the better I would feel. There people do call in and sometimes we will get a no-show. It is hard having a lot of different people in the home.

They keep me informed on what is going on. We have not been without someone during the schedule. I have had some great caregivers who do things without needing to be asked. We did have one who just sat on her phone texting, but she was only here once. They have great interaction with my husband whether it is playing cards, puzzles, or conversation.
