The people they provided are very good. My only concern with this agency or any agencies, you have a 4-hour minimum. Oftentimes we don't need someone for 4 hours, and sometimes they leave in 2 hours, and we have to pay for 4 hours. They are very helpful in getting Karen up on the weekend.

They always answer my phone calls and questions on time. When we were at the other agency, no one ever answered. Even if they don't know the answer, they'll always get back to me. I can always count on BrightStar. They have met my nursing needs.

They were prompt, caring, and I liked the caregivers we had. Unfortunately, we didn't have the agency long, it was a short relationship. They made him lunch and stayed with him while I left.

I have a good relationship with Kathy (the woman who runs the company) and Brian (Office Staff Manager) With the home health caregiver versus the place he is in now, there are more things I would have had to worry about.
