They could be more consistent with whom they send. Some of them are either aren't informed of the medication schedule or just don't know. Nothing they can do to make our life easier. The patient has Alzheimer's and nothing get easier with that.

The only issue was the way they bill. The billing was very often wrong. The girl who came out had US Cellular, which didn't work in our area. The caregiver provided care to help bathe, feed, and watch the client. She was very good with him.

My mom is very difficult to work with and my dad didn't have the energy to care for someone with dementia but it was good to know that someone was going to be there.
