I absolutely would recommend them. I feel like they really followed up when we had minor emergencies. They followed up consistently and caringly until she came home from the hospital. They are very professional. Furthermore, they go above and beyond what they have to do. They even walk the dog.

I like the person that is working with my child. She really loves her. My child looks forward to it. The caregiver comes in and makes her bed and helps her get a shower, but more so monitoring her. She takes her places such as lunch and cleans the bathroom. She takes her to different activities at the Y and another program and the library.

I have used the agency for a few years now with one caregiver, and if I had needed a substitute, they have provided by finding one. The provider has helped me the most by allowing my mom to stay in the comfort of her own room instead of the common area, and they assist with toileting and keeping her company.
