I think that we were given information when we first started services about getting in touch with the caregiver directly, but I am not getting any updates about how my mom is doing or what they do with my mom. I am not sure how to access that information. Furthermore, I often do refer the agency to others. Having the services is very helpful, it gives me peace of mind knowing my mom has care.

The only problem that I've had is people coming in and not knowing what they are supposed to do. I really needed someone to come in to give her a shower and straighten up while I work, it has been really good and what I needed.

We have 1 caregiver that comes here that doesn't do anything but sit and does nothing, but we did have one today that was great with my dad. The caregivers come here to make sure my dad is changed and comfortable. Not sure if the one caregiver even checked my dad to make sure he was changed.

I like that they sat down with us and allowed us to share with them how they could complement the facility. They were receptive to it. They are forming a bond with him. It has improved his life. They come in and give him a bath on the days that the facility doesn't.
