The caregivers were pretty good. The office is exceptionally run. Just having someone who was there to assist my father when needed was most helpful.

Overall, it's very good. For the most part, they are on time. We have the same people most of the time. They have gotten used to the patient. The people in general are just fine. She can get a little lazy at times, but generally, she is fine.

The beginning was rough with the types of caregivers that were being sent, but we got it straightened out, and now I am happy with the services. It still involves a lot of my time, and the substitute caregivers were mediocre at best.
