    My issue has been that we had struggled to get consistent good caregivers. We went through a lot of caregivers that did not know their job, were not trained properly, and didn't want to do anything. Right now we are in a good place. The agency has helped with my husband, his physical therapy, and exercises to make our experience positive.

I would not say it has a real impact on his life. It's hard for anyone to impact his life, with his disease. I am not aware of efforts to engage or encourage them, because when they come I am not there.
