It is not a perfect world, and everyone is having problems with hiring people. The agency is so diligent about working through those issues. They work hard to find a caregiver that works and gets along with her. We love the girls who come.

I would recommend them because the services was outstanding and they were personal and loving. The only situation we had, one time we didn't have coverage, and we didn't just want anyone coming in. Thank goodness we have a daughter that is a registered nurse so she could help.
