I've been using them for 3 days, 3 hours a week. I have PT for rheumatoid arthritis and have infusions that need to be done. They just upped it to 2 days a week. I'd like cooperation and working with the client to be improved. One caregiver Emma was told to work on Thursdays and I let Visiting Angels know she could not work on Thursdays because of my appointments. I cannot keep up with dusting and bending down to do the baseboards. One Visiting Angel was upset she couldn't shower him and reported that he had feces running down his leg. He didn't have any that day. I don't want to invade my husband's privacy and dignity by letting a stranger shower him. If he needed it, his brother, or I can shower him without any issues. She insisted that he needed to be shaved. They feel that they need to go down a checklist instead of adapting to our needs.

I like that they have been really helpful in taking care of my grandfather, they are very caring. They have formed a good relationship with him and I like that. We have more hours sometimes than I think we can use, but usually they are very helpful and pretty busy over there.
