I would appreciate it if they had one specific caregiver who was coming into the home instead of it changing a lot. When people are not following my mom's little specific instructions, it can be very difficult for her. She has a really important routine. They really provide good attention and socialization for her. They are very nice to her and interact with her a lot.

They get back to me on the same day and normally always answer their phone, and they keep me updated on any caregiver situations and rescheduling. She is just companion care, and she loves her caregivers.
