    The service is very new. I have only had the girl come two times. The person who came is nice and sweet, but she is on the phone all the time. Tom still takes care of himself, and the caregivers don't do anything but his laundry.

    I would say to call the manager. You'll know if you want to use them or not. The hospice social worker said they were friendly on the phone and had good ratings. They know how to use the Hoyer lift to get Mom out of bed. They do everything I need.

    The personnel are high quality, they respond, and they do anything I ask them to do. They also ask in advance if anything needs to be done. They are all self starters. They have helped the most by preparing meals and doing housekeeping.

    I liked that after having a hard time finding someone, as soon as we found them we had someone out here within a week and most everything was done over the phone, and they made it a very simple process. I liked that it gave me a break and was able to sit chat and watch TV with him. When she would come, I was able to get things done around the house. It was a great help, even though I didn't go anywhere or do anything, having someone else to help me with things I needed, and was nice. She was more of a companion, and she helped him when needed.
