I would recommend this company, and it definitely depends on the individual. Everything seems to be working out for me; sometimes they don't let me know things, but most of the time they do. My caregiver does her job, and we also talk; she really helps with carrying a conversation. I don't know if she likes me as a client, but that's alright.

I don't know at this time. The agency is good. I don't get exactly what I want. Some caregivers were too old, so I didn't ask them to do anything that would hurt them. The other caregivers work hard and will do my dishes.
