Because I had such good experiences with them, I referred a neighbor, but they were awful for her. She said they were disrespectful to her. However, he was a difficult patient. It is not easy having a stranger in your house every day, but it was tolerable. I eventually used the same caregiver, and then it was very satisfying.

They evaluated my wife in person before assigning a caregiver. They always have someone scheduled, except for one or two times when they were unable to fill. The caregivers are excellent at their jobs and know how to interact with my wife. My wife is now in memory care; this agency supplements their permanent staff. Now, I don't feel the need to remain with my wife day-to-day as I did before she started receiving care from the agency.
